How to Happy 50.png

Currently Filming in Austin, TX, USA

Whose on the show?

Jen, the host, interviews people who share how they make themselves happy. It's like if Bob Ross didn't paint landscapes, but rather as he interviewed people he painted their abstract portrait.

Digital artwork of abstract art of a black and white person looking into a mirror and in the mirror is their reflection in multiple bright colors.

What's the goal of this show?

Entertainment of course! But also, How to Happy provides tools for everyday people to pull themselves out of the emotional gutter and up into a groovy fun time.

Abstract art in the form of digital artwork in the shape of a bra that is made of small ears to illustrate that listening is supportive.

Does this show contribute to toxic positivity?

No. It's just that sometimes life sucks,  and this show is here to help.

A modern version of the drama symbol - a brightly colored smiley face and a brightly colored frowning face each given the "aloha" hand gesture.

What happens on the show?

As Jen interviews guests, she paints their vibe. Each guest leaves with a one of a kind abstract portrait.

The person Sarah look at her abstract portrait.

Who gets to be a guest on the show?

Currently we're looking for Austin locals who can talk about their happiness journey. If you're an artist, and would like to make art (music, paintings, etc.) while Jen interviews and paints you, that's extra groovy.

This is digital artwork with the text "Happy Art" with the first "A" being painted on an easel and the second "A" being a painter's palette of colors.
