Live Interactive Storytelling & Portrait Experiences
What Color Is Your Story?
A live art + listening experience that transforms conversation into color.

I create live, interactive experiences where storytelling, active listening, and abstract portraiture unfold in real time. As I interview a participant onstage, I paint their abstract portrait live—translating voice, emotion, and presence into color and form.
These events are designed to slow audiences down, foster empathy, and create moments of shared recognition and joy. Each experience is participatory, accessible, and deeply human—inviting both the subject and the audience to feel seen.
What Happens During a Live Experience

A live, facilitated conversation rooted in active listening
-
Real-time abstract portrait painting shaped by voice and emotion
-
Audience engagement through reflection, observation, and presence
-
A finished artwork created during the event
-
A shared moment that blends art, storytelling, and connection
This is not a lecture or a demonstration—it is a co-created experience.

Why This Work Matters
In a world that moves quickly, these experiences create space for presence.
They model what it looks like to listen deeply, respond with care, and honor individual stories—while reminding audiences of our shared humanity.
People leave feeling lighter, more connected, and more attentive—to themselves and to others.
About the Artist
I am an interdisciplinary visual artist and storyteller working across studio painting, live portraiture, and community-based art experiences. My practice centers color as an emotional language and listening as a creative act.
My work has been presented in galleries, festivals, community spaces, and broadcast platforms, and is rooted in the belief that joy, empathy, and presence are essential cultural practices.
